House. Mid/late C19. Rustic Victorian Gothic style. Rendered; thatched
roof; 3 red brick chimneys. 2 storeys; 4 first-floor windows. Plank door
with plain overlight in slate-roofed porch supported on round columns. 2-
light cusped window to left; canted single-storey bay with lead roof and
casements to right. 3 eyebrow hall-dormers with deeply overhanging eaves
and 2-centred heads on the right and left contain casements with glazing bars.
Garden front to right is a 3-window range with projecting centre bay flanked
by tree trunks. Half-glazed double-leaf doors with Y-tracery and drip mould
are flanked by canted single-storey bay windows with cusped heads. 2-centred
dormers have occuli with trefoils. Another wing in similar style with first-
floor verandah set back to right. Glazed conservatory to left of the entrance
front joins a single-storey out-building with hipped slate roof and canted
bay windows with cusped heads.
