House now surgery and house. Mid C19. Rendered; hipped slate roof; 4
yellow brick chimneys. 2 storeys; 3 first-floor windows. 6-panelled door in
slightly projecting centre bay with pediment has plain fanlight in round-
headed recess with rusticated surround. Windows have large-paned sashes and
louvred shutters. Central first-floor window has simple hood on consoles.
Moulded cornice below parapet. Glazed extension to left. Rendered single-
storey extension to right, with 2 storeys behind.
