Early-mid C19 house of 2 storeys, 3 windows, fairly tall and very wide. Low pitched,
hipped slate roof with deep panelled eaves soffit. Large, paired mutules also
to soffit. Stuccoed front with rebated angles, recesses centre and segment-headed
recesses for ground floor windows. Plinth of cill height. Plain reveals to sash
windows with glazing bars. 4 steps to door, of 6 beaded panels, in moulded architrave
with plain frieze and moulded cornice over. Rectangular fanlight above cornice.
Door recess wide and deep.
