Two houses. Early C17 to front (Easter Cottage); later C17 No.5/6 to rear.
Coursed limestone rubble; gabled concrete tile roofs; C19 brick left end stack,
and rear ridge stack of stone finished in 3 diagonal-set brick flues, L-plan,
with No.5/6 to rear left. 2 storeys and attic; 2-window range. Concrete lintels
over central C20 door and C20 windows; C20 timber lintels over first-floor C20
windows; gabled roof dormer. C19 one-storey service range to right. Range to
rear of 2-unit lobby-entry plan. 2 storeys and attic; 2-window range has timber
lintels over C20 door and windows; gabled roof dormers. Interior: East Cottage
has stop-chamfered beams. No,5/6: chamfered beams; open fireplace with bread
oven and C19 quarter-turn stairs with winders to right; collar-truss roof.
