House. Early C19. Red brick with grey headers; hipped slate roof with
2 stacks. 2 storeys, 3 bays; glazing bar sashes. Central half glazed
door with reeded architrave and bracketted shallow triangular pediment.
Walter Money, a local Newbury historian, was born here in 1836.
