(Formerly known as Nos 4, 5 and 5a Broadway). Mid C18 (before 1768), refronted early c19.
Two storeys and dormers. Two windows. Tiled mansard roof with brick gable stacks. Red
brick front with brick dentil eaves cornice. Modern flat topped dormers with casements.
Gauged flat red brick arches to flush framed sash windows with exposed boxing and glazing
bars. Modern shop front.
At rear, 2 storey, 4 window range with 2 hipped dormers. Painted brick with brick
dentil band at 1st floor level. Three-light segmental arched windows to 1st floor
with plain mullions and some leaded lights; 4-light mullioned window to ground floor.
Segmental arched doorway.
