Formerly town house in row, now offices. c1800. Stucco with
limestone ashlar plinth; random rubble to rear; brick chimneys;
replacement tile and stone slate roofs. Two-storey with attic; 2-
storey wing to rear with end return linking with that of No 22 Long
Street (q.v.). Front: two 2-storey bow windows with three 12-pane
sashes to each floor; dentil cornice continues across facade.
Central oval-arched doorway with open pediment; 6-panel fielded
door with fanlight. Round-arched central upper floor sash with
glazing bars; central roof dormer with cambered roof and 9-pane
sash. Tall ridge-mounted chimney at each gable end. Rear: 2
gables, one extended back to form wing. Left gable has 12-pane
upper floor sash with brick ridge-mounted chimney over; round-
arched staircase sash to right. Scattered C20 casements to wing;
small-paned leaded casement in raking dormer. Interior not
inspected, but front rooms have plaster dentil cornices.
