Early-mid C19 granite ashlar house. String course. Slate hipped roof, wide
eaves soffit. West front, 2 storeys and basement, 3 windows, 1st floor left
blocked, sashes with intersecting glazing bars, centre 1st floor semi-circular
head, ground floor windows 3 centred arches, spandrels, moulded architraves.
Central porch Tuscan granite columns flat cornice, enclosed with narrow weather
boarding and elliptical window on front, doorway with 3-centred arch fanlight,
reeded doorcase and wide panelled door. Ground floor windows have wide sill
ledges with moulded edges and rough hewn soffits.
