House, probably later C17, extended and altered in late C19 or early C20. Rendered and whitewashed brick, slate roof on 2 levels, with chimney stacks at junction and both gables, that at the right end part corbelled. Originally 2-bay baffle-entry plan, with late C19 addition to left end. All openings and features at the front, including 2-storey gabled porch in centre, are late C19 or early C20 alterations, the original entrance at the right hand end having been blocked and concealed. Rear wall has small firewindow with a short band over it, and various other windows including 2 sliding sashes.
Interior: housepart in 3rd bay has inglenook with heck, chamfered bressummer, a 2-light mullioned fire-window (one light blocked), a salt cupboard lettered in relief:
P; W : I and 2 ovolo-moulded and stopped beams; 2nd bay has timber-framed partition and chamfered beam; blocked mullion windows visible at 1st floor.
