House. Late C18. Stucco; Welsh slate to front pitch, old plain
tiles to rear; brick stack to rear. 3-storeys and cellar;
2-window range: 2-light casements, with moulded wood mullions
and cases, and ornamental metal glazing bars, to 1st and 2nd
floors. Entrance to passage way to left; 8-panel door and
narrow overlight; to right, 3-light window, as over, with
panelled shutters. Moulded and modillioned wood cornice with
enriched consoles, over all. Right returned side, in passage
to No.68, of rubble. Passageway to Nos.59 to 62 stuccoed;
6-panel door in moulded architrave; to right, plain light with
wood lined reveals; to left, 2/2 sliding sash. Rear has
2-light casements over passage, with catslide roof to left,
over rubble wing; ornamental metal glazed light, and light to
cellar with old glass, under timber lintel. Nos.59 to 62, now
known as The Vineyard, have been restored C20 and are no
longer of listable quality.
