Early C19, altered. Three storeys. Two windows. Hipped slate roof. Painted
brick with moulded eaves cornice. Gauged flat brick arches to recessed sash
windows with glazing bars. First floor windows in arched recesses. Modern shop
front. The Newbury Magistrate's Office formed part of those premises in the mid
