Early C19 house of 3 storeys, 3 windows. Multicoloured stock brick. Rendered
front with heavy cornice and parapet concealing roof. Left bay narrower and
set back. Replaced sash windows with glazing bars, those on ground floor 3-light,
all in flat entablature surrounds. At left 4 steps, with wrought iron handrail,
to heavy, prostyle Ionic porch. Renewed double door of 8 fielded panels. Restored
after bomb damage.

No 2 has group value with Nos 6, 7 and 8 West Grove.
