House. C18 (dated 1700 on stone over porch). Rubble stone with dressed
stone quoins and chimney stack to LH gable wall, Old tile roof, RH
gable stone coped. 3 brick chimneys 2 storeys. S. elevation has 2 gabled
projections in centre, both with C19 shaped bargeboards and finials.
Porch on left has 6 panel door, 3 upper panels glazed, in open trellis
porch, 2 light casement to 1st floor, datestone in tympanum. Gable to
right has 3 light casement to ground floor, 2 sashes to lst floor. All
windows with painted wood lintels. On left of porch 2 bays of 3 light
casements, square brick bay window to LH ground floor. To the right are
3 bays, the LH one having a lean-to slate roofed bay window to ground
floor and 3 light casement above. Modern door and window on right,
and beyond this an attached barn, C19 stone with slate roof, central
cart entrance with brick relieving arch, arrowslit vent each side.
