C17-18. Two storeys, colol1rwashed ro;1ghcast, casement windows with two later 2 storey bays to centre. Old tile roof hipped to right. Flat topped dormers. Four doorways with flat canopies, two on right with large glazed cast iron canopy on posts. Right hand has small modern shop front; Yew Tree Cottage is left hand portion and has front garden with old clipped yew archway. Paled fences throughout. The yew archay the the last survivor of a custom noted by Cella Fiennes as the general practice in Epsom at the end of the seventeenth century.
