Small cottage. C17. Timber frame with long curved braces and brick
infill. Asbestos slate roof, external brick chimney to E. gable.
One storey and attic, one bay. N. side has 3-light leaded casement
to right and ledged board door to left. 2-light leaded casement to
attic in gable over C20 single storey extension. Side to Orchard
Lane has 2 single leaded lights.
