Originally 2 C18 estate cottages, now one, with outshut at rear. Timber-framed,
rough-cast rendered and plain tiled roof with one end and one ridge stack. Two
storeys. Open boxing to 2 horizontal sliding sashes at first floor. Three windows
at ground floor. Two central doorways now blocked, and entry to west with C19
panelled door. Interior. One bay and stairbay to ground floor of each cottage.
Slender timber framing.
