Barn. Tablet "RI/ 1752", possibly with C15 origins. Finely coursed sand-
stone rubble and corrugated iron roof. L-plan with main range aligned north/
south and projection to west at north end. West elevation has gable front to
left with tablet in gable beneath which is square opening and one vent loop;
full-height two-leaved ledged doors to threshing floor immediately to right of
gable; two rows of three vent loops to right of two-leaved doors. Interior
has three pairs of cruck blades, one pair to each side of threshing floor and
the third adjacent to south. Outer pairs rise from low down in rubble walling;
feet of central pair are truncated and so rise from higher in walling. North
pair has cruck spurs; the south a tie-beam. Aberhall Farmhouse is not included
in this list.
