SK 80 SW BELTON IN RUTLAND CHAPEL STREET (East side)


3/6 Old School House

GV II


House, possibly formerly 2 dwellings. Mid C18. Well coursed rubble and
welsh slate roof. 2 storeys. 2 separate builds, that to left forms a
2-unit plan with central doorway flanked on each side by a 3-light casement
window, and 2-light above. All openings have cambered stone heads, those
to ground floor with incised keystones, ornate over the door. Ashlar eaves cornice.
To the right a further bay with a 2-light casement with chamfered timber
lintels to each floor and an inserted garage beyond.
