GV II

Railings alongside raised pavement and steps leading up to it. Probably mid-C19.
Cast iron. The main length runs parallel to the street, but is turned west at
each end, and in the middle, runs down to the road as rail for the steps. Of
3 rails, with octagonal posts on each angle, with slight bases and moulded caps
and finials.
