7-8-52 (formerly listed
as Lower Innsacre)

GV II

Detached Farmhouse. Early C17, with Cl9 roof-pitch raised. Dressed
stone walls. Slate roof, reconstructed with stone gable-copings.
Brick stacks at each gable end, and left of centre behind ridge.
2 storeys. 3 windows, 4-light stone mullions with hollow chamfers,
and separate labels over. Upper floor has 3-light mullions, without
labels. C20 metal casements, without leading. Stone porch at centre,
with a gabled slate roof, and a depressed-arch entrance, straight-
chamfered. Date 1689 scratched on jamb. C20 plank-and-muntin door
with 4 glass lights. Stone shell-head niche, set in to right of
porch. Interior: large open fireplace in left hand gable end.
Heavy-chamfered ceiling-beams.
