Late C18 and early C19. A modest cottage range. Red brick; 2 storeys. No 30
has 2 simple casement windows, a later coated bay window on right-hand side and
plain doorway. Nos 31 to 35, which are the later in date, each have one sash window
and plain doorway with ledged door; tiled.

Nos 30 to 35 (consec) form a group.
