House. Early C18, altered C19, C20. Red brick in Flemish bond,
with ashlar dressings, deep stone plinth, C19 slate roof and 2
brick gable stacks. 2 storey, 6 bay front with rusticated quoins
and ashlar first floor band. Central half glazed doors with
plain overlight having to left 3 and to right 2 glazing bar
sashes, all with brick segmental heads. To first floor 6 C20 2
light glazing bar casements to eaves. On the roof ridge is a
ceramic C14 louvre in the form of a gabled house, known as "Tom
Thumb's House".
