Probably mid C19. Hammer dressed stone. Modern pantile roof. 1 1/2 storeys.
7 modern casements with glazing bars on ground floor. 8 modem attic dormers
with casements and glazing bars. 8 modern doors, 6 of them paired. No 2
retains Cl9 shopfront with glazing bars and particularly curious foliate capitals.
This would be of local interest only, were it not for the shopfront.

Nos 22 to 80 (even) form a group with Nos 1 to 13 (consec) Portland Place.
