Offices. Mid-C19. Painted stucco or artificial stone with slate roof.
Three storeys, three bays, with rusticated quoins. On the ground floor there
are two windows to each side of a central doorway. Each opening has a segmental
head with keystone and moulded impost. They are separated by pilasters with cast
decoration and foliated capitals which support an entablature with dentilled
cornice. The first floor windows are sashed with no glazing bars and have
architraves, individual balconies, and cornices on console brackets. The
second floor windows have a decorated sill band, lintels with decoration which
includes monograms, and console brackets which support the main cornice.
