Parish Church. 1840, 1874 and 1890 by J. Wild. Yellow brick reroofed with
cement tiles. End parapets on stone kneelers and brick eaves cornice and
corbel table. Plan of nave, North and South aisles and North East tower over
the vestry. Neo Norman style. West end has three graduated single light
windows in round headed arches above a doorway with a similar arch of three
orders. Similar single light, round headed windows to South and North
aisles. North East tower and spire of three stages including the bell stage.
Pyramidal spire roof, tiled. Inside. North and South arcade of four bays.
Round headed arches of two chamfered orders on columns with moulded capitals
and bases. Galleried west end. Tall round headed chancel arch and three bay
reredos.
