12/293 Glen Cottage and
front iron railings

GV II

Attached cottage, formerly two. Mid Cl9. Dressed stone walls with
fine lime mortaring. Slate roof with gable ends. Brick stacks at
left and right hand gables. 2 storeys. 2 windows, 3-light wooden
casements with glazing-bars. Wooden cills. Stone voussoirs over.
Front door, left of centre, plank with a wooden frame. Doorway right
centre, carefully blocked with dressed stone. Iron railings with
spear-head finials on front sleeper wall.
