SY 49 NW STOKE ABBOTT VENN FARM

6/305 Venn Farmhouse

Detached Farmhouse. Early C19. Ashlar stone walls. Slate roof with stone
gable-copings. Brick stacks at left and right hand gables. 2 storeys. 3 windows,
2-light wooden casements with glazing-bars, mainly renewed. Front door, at
centre, with 2 glass panels, C19. Rear wing of 2 storeys. 2 windows, 2-light
cast-iron casements with keyed stone lintels. Pentice-roofed outshut at rear,
with a slate roof.
