Cottage.Late C18, possibly earlier origin. Coursed, squared rubble, stone slate
roof. Two storeys, two-room plan with later rear outshut. Two bays. Quoins.
Near-central doorway with quoined surround and deep lintel. Blocked later
doorway immediately to left. One bay of 2-light flat-faced mullion windows to left
and one bay of similar 3-light windows to right with re-used mullions. Gable
copings on cut kneelers. Truncated ashlar stack to right. Rear: outshut to right,
one 2-light, double-chamfered window to left (mullion removed).
