Farmhouse. RRE 1685 on door lintel. Coursed, squared gritstone,
stone slate roof. L-shape plan, projecting rear wing to right.
2 storeys throughout. 3 windows to first floor. Chamfered plinth,
large quoins. Central C20 part-glazed door in chamfered quoined surround,
lintel soffit heightened. Flanking 3-light wood casements in recessed
chamfered stone surrounds, sills replaced and lowered. Continuous
dripmould. Similar 3-light windows above with wood casements, no stone
mullions but sills intact, flanking central single-light window. Dripmould.
Moulded kneelers, chamfered gable copings. Shouldered external stack
to left, renewed ashlar stack to right. Right return: hooded mullion
window to wing. Attached farm buildings not of special interest.
