Three houses, one roof. Early to mid C19. Stucco. Tile roof, five dormers. Continuous modillion cornice. Two storeys. Rendered chimney stacks. Seven windows, flat arches, sashes. No 15 is clap-boarded to the side with a five-light wooden oriel window, canted hood, glazing bars. West House has shutter hooks. Smuggler's Cottage has later shutters and the first floor is clapboarded. There are two double windows on the ground floor. Pedimented doorway, four panel door.
