1870. Attributed to J L Watford for David Brown, a Leadenhall Street Shipbroker.
Italianate. Red brick, finely laid on putty joints with decorative terra-cotta work
under a hipped slate roof. Three bays with 4 columned port-cocheve surmounted by a
balustrade which is repeated in front of first floor windows. Plain frieze with
3 small windows to attics. Cast-iron glazed link between Deynecourt and
Deynes Cottage (formerly stables) not included.
