GV II

House. Early C18. Dressed stone, stone slate roof with coped
verge and brick stacks. 3 storeys, 5-windowed symmetrical front.
6-panelled central door has cyma moulded case and flat stone hood
on brackets, one pair of 12-pane sashes in cyma moulded case with
mullion to either side. Plat band and five 12-pane sashes with
segmental heads and keystones and imposts to first floor. Second
floor has plat band and central blind window with one pair of
sashes to sides; all blind except for second right. Moulded eaves
cornice. Right return has one 3-light ovolo mullioned window to
first floor. Rear has blocked windows and one 16-pane sash to
second floor, rear roof pitch is double Roman tiled Early Cl9 wing
has flat mullioned windows to 2-storeys and Welsh slate roof.
Interior not inspected. Being renovated at time of survey (July
1984).
