Venison house. Late C18/early C19. Weatherboarded timber framing on a brick
plinth; thatch roof. Rectangular plan. The upper part of the walls is clad in
metal mesh. Plank door at one end. Hipped roof. Interior: there is a stone-flag
floor and the underside of the roof is plastered. The building stands on an
island in a pond.
(Nuneham Park is included in the HBMC County Register of Gardens at Grade I).
