Farmhouse and cottage. Late C18, early and late C19. The C18
and early C19 builds being under the same roof. Red brick.
Pantile roof. Left gable and single ridge red brick stacks.
Dogtooth eaves. The left 2 bays are set on a plinth. Blue brick
band at base. C18 build of 3 storeys, 3 bays with central
doorway. Panelled door flanked by single glazing bar tripartite
Yorkshire sashes with 2 similar sashes on both the first and
second floors. All ground and first floor openings are under
segmental arches. To the left is the early C19 2 storey, 2 bay
build. Doorway, 3 steps up,withpanelled door and traceried
overlight, to the left is a single tripartite glazing bar sash.
Both ground floor openings are under segmental arches. Above is
a single glazing bar sash with a single tripartite glazing bar
sash to the left. To the right, slightly set back, is a late C19
red brick and pantile 2 storey, 2 bay extension. Right gable
stack. Dentil eaves. Doorway with panelled and part glazed
door, to the right is a single glazing bar casement. Above is a
single small fixed light. All openings are under segmental
arches. To the right is a lean-to with shaped parapet concealing
the roof line. Single altered doorway with wooden door. To the
rear is a lean-to extension.
