A C16 timber-framed and plastered house which comprises an early C16 block on the west end, with a jettied upper storey and a later block set at right angles which was added later in the C16. It has a massive internal chimney stack with two original fireplaces (one with an original lintel) two storeys. The windows are mainly C19 double-hung sashes with vertical glazing bars, some casements. The east front has a C20 brick gabled porch. Roof tiled, hipped on the east block. The west block has a crown post roof.
