Terrace of 3 cottages, probably late C18. 2 storeys, 5 windows. Timber-
framed and plastered. Hipped thatched roof with two axial chimneys: that to
left is of gault brick and that to right of C18 red brick, partly rebuilt in
gault brick. Mainly C18 3-light casements: Micawber Cottage has a mid C20
small-pane casement at 1st storey and Lydgate Cottage a C19 casement at ground
storey. Boarded and battened entrance doors of C20: Teazel Cottage retains
C18 pediment and brackets.
