Inn, now detached house. C17 and C18. Square-panelled timber-
framing, partly rebuilt in English garden wall bond brick, triple
ridge tiled roof with brick stack. Former baffle entry. Two-
storey, 3-window. Six-panelled door in beaded architrave with
gabled canopy, 2-light casement to right and two 2-light casements
and blocked doorway to left. First floor has three 2-light
casements. Wing projecting to right has double planked segmental-
headed doorways with single casement over, to east side, gable end
to road has 2-light segmental-headed casements. Attached to left
are single and 2-storey extensions with 2-light casements and
pantiled roof. Rear has planked doors and casements, timber-
framing to first floor. Interior not accessible at time of survey
(July 1986).
