House, public house when surveyed, reconverted to house 2017.

Early/mid C18, two later C18 bays added to left. Coursed limestone rubble, painted white; C20 tile roof; brick stack. Plan form does not survive. Two storeys; five window range. Brick segmental arches over two C20 doors; door to right has porch of c.1970. Brick segmental arches over early C20 two- and three-light casements. Gabled roof; gable end to left and ridge stacks. Gabled C18 one-storey and attic, two bay wing to rear of coursed limestone rubble with gabled old tile roof and brick gable end stack.

INTERIOR: original stone fireplace to left; remodelled interior retains some original beams and joists. C20 one-storey range to right.
