Farmhouse. Dated "H/R.1/1698". Coursed rubble with Cotswold stone roof. Rectangu-
lar lobby entry plan. In 2 parts under a continuous roof. Left-hand part (1698)
originally had 5 windows, now 2 wooden cross-mullion casements, central oval
datestone, blocked doorway axial with paired square ashlar chimneys, doorway now has
an oval light in blocking masonry. The right-hand part is an early-mid C19 exten-
sion with 2 windows and a doorway, segment-headed openings. To rear a gabled stair
turret in line with chimney. The C19 wing has a dairy in front and a kitchen/wash-
house projecting to rear, latter is open to roof and has bread-oven projection.
