House, early C19 with C18 cottage adjoining to south-east. House
is a pebbledashed brick 3-storeys, on stone base and slate roof.
Cottage is of limestone rubble with stone slate roof. Entrance to
right with partly chamfered lintel. Small 2-light casement windows
on upper floors, small square bay with lean-to roof on ground
floor. Large exterior gabled stack, topped in brick. Brick lean-
to to rear.
