House, now public house. Mid C18. Colourwashed limestone rubble; gabled
artificial stone slate roof; end stacks of stone finished in brick. 2-unit plan.
2 storeys and attic; symmetrical 3-window range. Timber lintel over C20 door
with gabled hood. Segmental brick arches over flanking 2-light casements; timber
lintels over 3- flanking 2-light casements on first floor. Moulded wood cornice;
two C20 gabled roof dormers. Mid C19 rear outshut, and 2 mid C19 canted bay
windows in right side wall. Interior: stop-chamfered beams; roof not inspected.
