Farmhouse. A single range in 2 sections: C16 to right, probably late C17 to
left. Timber framed, mainly cement-rendered, with some plasterwork at the
rear; red brick gable end to left. Thatched roof. 1 1/2 storeys. 3 windows,
C18 3-light mullion and transom casements; 2 boarded doors. 3 gabled dormers.
Internal stack to right hand range. Good original parapet gable end to left,
with short returns to the facade and at the rear: 2 brick bands (the lower one
continued on the returns), paired windows at first floor level and integral
stack. The ground floor rooms of the earlier range have exposed joisting
although much of the timber frame is concealed. Newel stairs.
