House. C17, remodelled C18. Regular coursed ironstone rubble. Steeply pitched
C20 tile roof. 2 brick stacks to left and ridge. 2-unit plan. Single storey plus
attic; 2-window range. Single-unit, single-storey extension on left has Welsh
slate roof and brick stack to left. Entrance into left part. Plain door has
wooden lintel and sloping C20 hood. Blocked entrance to house to right has
wooden lintel. To right a 3-light sane mullioned window with hood mould and
label stops and a C20 window with wooden lintel. Two 3-light metal casements to
attic have original lintels. Host windows have wrought iron casement fasteners.
Interior: Stop chamfered beam and c>Jnplete set of joists. Straight flight stair.
