Former farmhouse, early C17 with possible medieval core. One storey and
attics. Timber-framed and roughcast. Thatched roof; 3 C19 plaintiled dormers
with late C20 casements. Two axial chimneys, the shafts both rebuilt in C20
red brick. C20 casements. Early C20 thatched gabled entrance porch with
boarded and battened door. Probably a house of several phases; extended to
right and with an added service wing to rear. Interior not examined.
