Farmhouse. C16- early C17, the earlier part to the west. A single range in 2 sections. Timber framed and plastered, C19 red brick casing to south; plain tiled roof. 2 storeys with attic to the later section. Various casement windows; to the south a gabled porch with re-used C17 moulded architrave and C19 half-glazed door, scalloped bargeboards; another gabled porch to north. The later part has a plaster cove eaves cornice. One internal and one gable end stack. Ground floor room of later part has a good C17 ornamental plaster ceiling; cased spine beam with moulded enrichment, moulded plaster cornice, various motifs including the fleur-de-lys and Tudor Rose. C20 wing attached to north, not of special interest.
