Farmhouse. Circa 1840 for the Pembrokes of Wilton. Dressed
limestone, hipped tiled roof, brick stacks. L-plan. Two-storey,
3-window. Central stone porch with double panelled doors, side
lights and castellated parapet; inner glazed door, tripartite 12-
pane sash either side with chamfered mullions and hoodmould.
First floor has three 9-pane sashes. Left return has two 2-storey
canted bays with sashes and French windows, the right hand one
probably late C19. Right return has 2-light ovolo-mullioned
casement and planked door inserted into former 3-light mullioned
casement, sashes to first floor. Rear has single-storey late C19
extension, canted bay to first floor, 2-storey service wing to left
has 3-light casement and planked door under slated and glazed
verandah; half dormer with sash to first floor. Interior has 4-
panelled doors, marble fireplaces and stairs with wreathed
handrail.
