GV II

House and shop. Circa 1800, incorporating earlier work to south. Timber
framed and plastered, roof of glazed black pantiles. 2 storeys. 5 windows,
mainly 4 and 6-paned sashes. House has lobby entrance: architrave with reeded
jambs and a 6-panel door, the upper 2 panels glazed. To right, 2 flush 8-
paned shop windows and a mid C20 glazed door between. Boarded garage doors to
extreme right. Internal stack; the exceptionally tall shaft was blown down
October 1987. Interior not examined. Included for group value.
