Attached house, now office. c1730. Rendered with limestone
dressings, party wall stack, roof not visible. Double-depth
plan. Early Georgian style. 4 storeys; 3-window range. Quoins
to the left side, and a timber modillion eaves cornice.
Left-hand pedimented doorcase has attached Tuscan columns, a
6-pane fanlight and C20 door. Architraves with raised
cornices, with pediments to the central first-floor and outer
second-floor windows, to 9/6-pane first-floor sashes and
6/6-pane upper sashes, and plate-glass to the ground floor.
INTERIOR: extensively altered mid-late C20.
