Attached house. Late C18-early C19. Stucco with limestone
dressings, gable stacks and double-pile pantile roof.
Double-depth plan. 2 storeys; 2-window range. Formerly a
symmetrical front, that to the right of the doorway now
obscured by later shops, with a parapet. Raised surround to
the doorway with brackets to an open pediment,
semicircular-arched doorway with a teardrop fanlight and
6-panel door. 5 stepped voussoirs to the ground floor, plain
above, with 6/6-pane sashes. INTERIOR: hall divided by a
semicircular arch from a stair flight with stick balusters and
column newels, and 6-panel doors.
