Small town house. Mid C19. Render on masonry; asbestos slate
roof with shared rendered stack over right-hand cross wall;
cast-iron ogee gutter with lions' head masks. Double-depth
plan. 2 storeys; 2-window range. Mid/late C19 four-pane horned
sashes; tall plinth; original doorcase with pilasters and
moulded entablature; 4-panel top-glazed doors; inner door with
margin panes. INTERIOR not inspected but likely to be of
interest.
